Hi, I'm Steve and welcome to my site.  I've been painting on and off for all my life - in New Zealand, for a time on Crete, and now here in lovely Switzerland.  So - there is a lot of stuff here to look at.  I paint in different media and styles - I like to stretch out and try new things, really, whatever comes to mind.  Though I did develop as best I could my 'Wacky Landscape' thing in New Zealand, I always looked into other things as well, I'm happy to say.  I have this theory - If you say 'No' to an idea from the Muse, she stops coming to you, so, Mother Teresa like, I never said  'No' to an idea, but always tried to get something good out of it.  Some ideas worked, some definitely did not.  But enough of the ol' Art Yack, never trusted it, myself.    Take a look!
